4. Payment Terms

All services must be paid for in full before provisioning, either via wallet balance, UPI, or other supported payment methods. Prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice for future purchases.

5. Service Usage

You agree not to use our services for any illegal activity, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, distribution of malware, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services found in violation of this policy without prior notice.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance and factors beyond our control (including upstream provider issues) may affect availability.

7. Reseller Accounts

Users operating as resellers are responsible for their own customers' compliance with these Terms. OceanVPS reserves the right to suspend reseller accounts found facilitating violations of this policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

OceanVPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
